Sourcing talent and suppliers
Without talented workforce it is impossible to succeed for a business. Human capital is the most important for any technology company. Companies regularly recruit for regular roles including but not limited to product designers, engineers, IT staff, software developers, project managers, field staff, factory staff, business development marketing and sales. There are established channels for recruitment for most companies including university interviews, placement agencies, web-portals, on personal recommendations and so on and so forth. Similarly, suppliers can be sourced based on internet searches, personal recommendations, past history of work together, digital media advertisements and so on and so forth. Our focus is on sourcing high-end technical or management talent for niche areas and key jobs from a global pool that is not easily possible through these channels. Our introductions may lead to consultancy, work from home or part-time work; in others the individuals selected may be incentivised to move from their current location closer to client offices. This may may further require recruiting an appropriate team to work alongside them. We can also introduce new suppliers in key technology areas who can provide expertise, quality and value for money.

Our approach
We believe in the power of networks of high-end individuals and high-end suppliers. Working closely with these networks we are able to tap into talented people and companies who have a global mindset and are willing to work on challenging projects with a wide range of clients. Our approach is to work with clients to review the skill-set of leaders, their processes, and identify gaps where expertise is needed. If the problems lie with human resource capabilities, we help identify replacements at management level with focus on technology roles. If the problems lie with structures and procedures, we recommend changes. With regards to supplier selection, we review the choice of existing suppliers and reasoning behind it. We identify gaps to fill and suppliers to replace.
